Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is seeking a Components Manager to lead supplier projects, oversee cross‑functional teams, and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory alignment. You will drive process improvements and manage resources to hit ambitious timelines while coordinating with manufacturing, quality and engineering colleagues.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, supplier management, and adherence to GMP/ISO standards to support innovative cardiac electrophysiology

Formación

• University/bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years related experience.
• GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of lean concepts and supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical projects for suppliers to improve delivery, quality, and cost.
• Provide technical support for changes and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
• Review and approve technical documentation against specs.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to execute plans.
• Allocate resources to meet timelines and budgets.
