Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Components Manager for our Electrophysiology supply chain team in Ciudad Juárez. You will lead a group of engineers, drive projects with suppliers, and ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets are met across the product lifecycle.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced medical device environment. Strong engineering background and GMP/ISO awareness are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 8-10 years related experience in engineering roles.
• Strong English/Spanish bilingual ability preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO and lean concepts is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage supplier technical projects related to capacity, capability and maintenance.
• Provide technical support for changes, improvements, and resolution of quality issues.
• Determine tooling and spare parts requirements to maintain supply.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EMS and regulatory policies.
• Coordinate cross functional teams to deliver projects on time and budget.
