Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is seeking a Components Manager to lead process engineering resources and projects. You will partner with manufacturing and quality teams to launch products and continuously improve supply chain capabilities, driving innovative solutions and successful delivery.

The role emphasizes managing a group of professionals, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies within a global healthcare environment.

Formación

• University/bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Typically 8–10 years related experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage technical projects of suppliers around capacity, capability and maintenance to improve delivery, quality and cost.
• Provide technical support for approval/validation of changes in supplier processes.
• Support resolution of component quality issues.
• Determine tooling and spare parts requirements to maintain component supply.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EMS and company policies.
• Communicate with internal and external partners to coordinate project plans.
• Allocate resources to meet project goals within timelines and budgets.
• Oversee technical execution of projects and provide technical advice.
