Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead on-site operations for large-scale data center projects in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico. You will oversee civil construction activities, coordinate diverse contractors, and drive schedule, quality, and safety across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 7+ years managing major projects, fluency in English and Spanish, and on-site availability in Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• 3+ years delivering data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience coordinating CSA and MEP construction activities.
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency with construction management platforms and BIM.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in San Miguel de Allende.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily civil construction activities, including foundations and CSA disciplines.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Enforce quality control and conduct site inspections.
• Establish proactive safety culture with toolbox talks and protocols.
• Manage site logistics, procurement coordination and workspace organization.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation and progress reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with leadership.
• Collaborate with MEP teams for integrated execution.
• Monitor budgets, cost controls and resource utilization.
• Serve as primary client contact with regular updates.
