The Direct Procurement team works with all areas of Supply Chain Functions to identify opportunities to improve cost, process improvements, profitability, cost containment, and optimize sourcing opportunities. This role will be focused on Manufacturing procurement.

What You Can Expect

Lead Sourcing Market analysis, risk mitigation, supplier innovation, and value delivery in designated categories while adhering to standardized B‑F Strategic Sourcing policies and procedures.

Create and implement global category sourcing strategies with senior category management, coordinate with regional and local sourcing resources as needed, and build stakeholder alignment.

Work closely with key internal customers across the organization to develop effective cost‑reduction strategies while meeting specification standards.

Support ongoing supplier selection and evaluation processes and negotiate and implement major commercial agreements, resolving supplier disputes while maintaining a high standard of ethics.

Lead key supplier development and improvement efforts with a focus on supplier efficiencies, accuracy and Supplier Diversity. Maintain performance metrics for each category and supplier, building equitable strategic supplier relationships.

Translate financial analysis into strategies, actions, and results, and prepare annual budget/pricing forecasts for global categories.

Participate in and support Global innovation projects. Partner with teams and stakeholders to define long‑term vision, create processes/vendor practices that support business needs, remove barriers to usage, communicate benefits, and develop excellent supplier relationships.

Lead and coordinate efficiencies for global category management and procurement.

What You Bring to the Table

Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.

Experience: 3–5 years in direct sourcing and procurement.

Strong knowledge of contract negotiations, delivering significant savings in a challenging, multi‑layered global environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to persuade, motivate, and compel support for key ideas and initiatives through respectful discussion.

Ability to influence decision‑making, create consensus in cross‑functional, multi‑site teams and with suppliers, and drive change among stakeholders.

Ability to identify and focus on top priorities, balancing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Ability to foster a high‑performance environment among diverse individuals.

Commitment to ethical procurement, treating suppliers fairly, and fostering diversity and minorities in the supply base.

Ability to develop strategic sourcing vision and plans, implementing them through exceptional execution.

Ability to travel internationally.

What Makes You Unique

Experience in Spirits, beer, wine, beverages, food, pharmaceutical or CPG industry.

Fluency in Spanish and English.
