Job summary

You will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate with production and engineering, and drive safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3–5 years in maintenance supervision within a Tier One automotive environment, with strong English proficiency (B2).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electric or related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.
• 3–5 years of maintenance supervision experience in a Tier One automotive manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team to ensure reliability, efficiency, and continuous operation of production machinery.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Coordinate with production and engineering to plan maintenance without disrupting production.
• Oversee inspections and repairs, prioritizing timely resolution of breakdowns.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and analyze equipment data for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and ISO/IATF standards.
• Manage maintenance budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain maintenance records.
