Corning is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, deploy, monitor, and improve ML solutions across manufacturing and technology environments.

You will take prototypes to production, apply MLOps and DevOps practices, and guide teammates through architectural decisions and problem solving.

The role emphasizes strong Python skills, experience with ML frameworks, Docker/Kubernetes, and clear communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related roles.
• Experience deploying ML models into production.
• Strong Python skills and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD, model monitoring and retraining.
• Knowledge of containerization/orchestration tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Excellent English communication of technical and business information.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, monitor, and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Translate prototypes into scalable, reliable production solutions for manufacturing and tech environments.
• Apply MLOps/DevOps practices for versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Provide technical guidance, contribute to architecture discussions, and coach team members.
