Dana Incorporated, a global leader in engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies, seeks a Project Manager in Nuevo León, Mexico to organize resources and timelines for quality-driven manufacturing programs.

You will supervise cross-functional teams across welding, machining and assembly, ensure APQP/IATF16949 conformance, and drive PPAP activities to meet customer and internal requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Plan dates, deadlines, responsible parties, positions, resources and costs.
• Lead the team responsible for achieving the project objectives, coordinate all stakeholders.
• Control the resources assigned to the project in order to meet the objectives set.
• Manage the constraints (scope, schedule, cost, quality, etc.) of the project.
• Lead the advanced planning of product quality and ensure that it is complied with in a timely manner, so that all welding, machining and assembly processes have the corresponding planning.
• Coordinate PPAP/APQP Activities with all departments in order to comply with the established programs, as well as ensure that timely support is given to the scheduled areas and events.

Job Purpose

Organization, planning, motivation and control of resources in order to achieve the proposed objectives within the limitations established through the APQP tools and procedures of the company in order to ensure that it complies with the internal, client, corporate requirements and the IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standard, ISO45001.
