ZF Group in Mexico is seeking a Launch Coordinator to drive engineering changes and product launches. You will review CRs, coordinate ECNs/ECOs in PLM/Windchill, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time launches.

You will administer PTR runs, update change trackers, and prepare audit-ready documentation while supporting continuous improvement and ISO compliance across the organization.

Formación

• Knowledge of APQP and AIAG core tools (PPAP, FMEA, MSA).
• Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Automotive manufacturing environment experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Review, analyze, and approve Change Requests (CRs).
• Coordinate and manage Engineering Changes (ECNs/ECOs) through PLM/Windchill.
• Lead engineering change and product launch activities with cross-functional teams.
• Administer PTR runs and evaluations and prepare related documentation.
• Maintain Engineering Change Trackers and documentation for stakeholders.
• Coordinate weekly multidisciplinary meetings and document minutes.
• Manage GDPEP activities and project deliverables through OLM/CPlace.
• Support audits and drive continuous improvement for ISO standards and EH&S objectives.

What you can look forward to as Launch Coordinator:

• Review, analyze, and approve Change Requests (CRs), ensuring compliance with engineering change management processes, technical requirements, and organizational standards.
• Coordinate and manage Engineering Changes (ECNs/ECOs) through PLM/Windchill systems, maintaining accurate change tracking records and ensuring timely implementation across affected areas.
• Lead engineering change and product launch activities, serving as the primary coordinator between cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of launches and change implementation.
• Administer and monitor PTR runs and evaluations, including the preparation, review, and follow-up of PTR assessment documentation to support product and process validation activities.
• Maintain and update Engineering Change Trackers and related documentation, providing visibility of project status, milestones, risks, and action items to stakeholders.
• Coordinate weekly multidisciplinary meetings for engineering changes and product launches, documenting meeting minutes, tracking action plans, and ensuring effective communication among project teams.
• Manage GDPEP activities and project deliverables through OLM/CPlace systems, monitoring timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support product development and launch objectives.
• Support internal and external audits while driving continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization of best practices, implementation of corrective actions for nonconformities, compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements, and promotion of environmental, health, and safety objectives through operational controls and risk management activities.

Your profile as Launch Coordinator:

• 2- 4 years years of experience in similar rol
• Fluent english is a must
• Nice to have experience with Hyundai and Stellantis as a customers
• Demonstrated knowledge of APQP methodology, AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, MSA), and compliance requirements for IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems within an automotive manufacturing environment.
