ZF Group in El Salto, Jalisco is seeking a Launch Coordinator to lead the early launch phase, coordinating targets and handover to series production. The role requires an engineering background and strong problem-solving with team leadership.

You will interact with the plant launch team, apply the OLM process, and escalate as needed. English fluency and coaching skills are essential, alongside a solid grasp of GDPEP procedures.

Formación

• Academic degree in technical field or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 7-10 years of experience.
• Good understanding of relevant products & manufacturing processes.
• Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problems, to present topics, run projects and build teams.
• Very good oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Coaching skills.
• Working knowledge of the GDPEP process.

Responsabilidades

• Control & manage the launch team via OLM Process (cockpit, checklists and templates) within the plant.
• Communicate changes of targets & premises to the plant launch team.
• Safeguard smooth handover to series production.
• Compliance with project targets.
• Fulfills all responsibilities in early launch stage, if no Divisional Launch Manager is defined.
• Request results and deliverables status.
• Take decisions and initiate escalations (GDPEP / Divisional Launch Manager / plant organization).
• Prioritization of sub-targets in coordination with the plant launch team.
