The successful candidate will manage costs, define roles, and ensure clear communication between departments while supporting quotes and resource allocation for new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar.
• APQP, PPAP, AMEF, Plan de Control
• Industrialization of processes and launches
• Advanced English
• 3-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track projects (time, cost, and quality).
• Coordinate and assign activities to the team.
• Supervise project design, development, and implementation.
• Monitor key performance indicators and results for the area.
• Support quotes and resource allocation for new projects.
• Control project costs and budget.
• Define team roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure effective communication between involved departments.
• Track progress and report project status.
• Identify problems and propose solutions.
