Alfa Laval is seeking a Sales Support Analyst in Mexico City to provide commercial and operational support to distribution partners and internal teams across Latin America.

You will manage customer inquiries, resolve order-related requests, and ensure timely, accurate support through our digital platforms. The role strengthens sales channels, improves customer experience, and enhances regional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in order support or B2B sales support.
• Experience handling customer inquiries, tickets, complaints, and complex requests.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or order management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide order management and commercial support to distributors and partners across Latin America.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries, tickets, complaints, and non-standard order requests.
• Support order-related activities including logistics follow-up, documentation, invoicing inquiries, and export controls.
• Manage and support the use of Alfa Laval’s e-commerce platforms and digital tools.
• Provide basic technical and product-related guidance, coordinating with specialists when needed.
• Assist partner registration, platform access, and onboarding for digital tools.
• Conduct virtual training sessions for distributors and partner order handlers.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor service performance for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Channel Managers, Sales, Finance, Logistics and other stakeholders to resolve customer needs.
