GM Financial in Monterrey is seeking a Back Office & Acquisitions Manager for Mexico, Colombia and Chile, overseeing outsourced vendor operations and driving process improvements.

You will lead a team of ~90, ensure service quality, monitor performance, and coordinate with regional business units to implement new processes. Fluency in Spanish and English required; banking/financial services experience beneficial.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Understanding capacity planning, operational metrics and budgeting.
• Proven track record of leading a team.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services is a plus.
• Ability to work with cross-country stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the vendor complies with operational and administrative standards according to the service contract.
• Manage performance for an outsourced structure of ~90 people.
• Coordinate with Mexico, Colombia and Chile back-office and consumer credit leaders.
• Define and achieve objectives and metrics.
• Define and align capacity planning for back office and country processes.
• Develop and support the Business Plan budget with focus on service quality.
• Foster a positive work environment within the LAO SC team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence to implement projects and improve processes.
