Cummins Inc. is seeking a LATAM Process Excellence & Talent Attraction Specialist to join the LATAM Talent Acquisition team. The role can be based in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, or Guarulhos, Brazil, and focuses on standardizing TA processes across Latin America and delivering data-driven insights.

You will partner with regional and global teams to drive improvements, tooling, automation, and EVP initiatives while ensuring alignment with local requirements and global standards.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or related functions.
• Strong experience with recruiting processes, metrics, candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Experience working with dashboards, KPIs, labor market intelligence, and performance metrics.
• Professional proficiency in English; Spanish/Portuguese preferred for LATAM collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead continuous improvement and standardization of Talent Acquisition processes across Latin America.
• Identify performance gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Standardize recruiting processes, governance, and controls aligned with global standards.
• Manage regional TA dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to generate insights.
• Support workforce planning, forecasting, and capacity planning for TA operations.
