The Mars Statutory Transformation LATAM Lead will head statutory reporting, local GAAP/IFRS compliance, and financial statement disclosures across LATAM as part of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. You will partner with Finance, Tax, IT and SAP specialists to design and deploy compliant reporting processes.

We seek a senior accountant with 8+ years in statutory reporting, strong LATAM knowledge, experience with SAP S/4HANA and statutory tools such as SAP DRC or ONESOURCE.

Formación

• 8+ years in statutory reporting, accounting, controllership, or external reporting.
• Deep LATAM regulatory knowledge and local GAAP/IFRS understanding.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and multi-country deployments.
• Proven ability to define requirements and lead UAT, testing, and deployments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Tax, IT, and auditors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead LATAM statutory reporting workstream for SAP S/4HANA design, build, test and deployment.
• Serve as the LATAM statutory reporting SME across jurisdictions.
• Define local reporting requirements and ensure incorporation into the global template.
• Manage regulatory filings, disclosures, and financial statement structures.
• Collaborate with country finance teams, Tax, and System Integrators throughout the program.
• Lead testing, defect management, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
