Novartis is hiring a Statutory and Technical Accounting Manager to lead statutory audits and coordinate financial reporting across LACan countries. You will ensure IFRS compliance, partner with Tax, R2R, and Finance, and provide technical accounting guidance to regional teams.

The role requires strong experience with external audits, complex accounting assessments, and clear communication with auditors and stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangement in Mexico City is supported.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong experience in statutory reporting, technical accounting, external audit, or financial reporting in a multinational environment.
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS and financial statement preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end statutory audit activities across LACan countries, acting as main liaison with external auditors.
• Coordinate statutory financial statement preparation, audit planning, statutory amendments, and timely issuance of final audit reports.
• Assess IFRS vs Local GAAP differences to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Tax, R2R, and Finance to align tax accounting and deferred tax calculations.
