Ingredion is seeking a Procurement Execution Analyst to support US segments and Mexico plants. You will process non-MRP purchase orders, help meet KPI targets, and ensure vendor communications and policy adherence across regions.

Key tasks include maintaining supplier data, coordinating with Procurement Operations, and collaborating with Buyers to optimize spend and reduce risk in a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related discipline.
• Fluency in the language of the region they are working with (written and spoken).
• 1-2 year of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• SAP and SAP Ariba is a plus.
• Be customer service driven and understand the cultural and economic nuances of the region.
• Capacity to solve problems through creative, innovative solutions, and challenge traditional methods of accomplishing tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be detail-oriented and measurement-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Process Purchase Orders for Non-MRP generated and services Purchase Requisitions.
• Work to meet stablished KPI targets.
• If needed, conduct and field communications with suppliers for designated Purchase Orders to follow up for timely deliveries.
• Maintain supplier contact information updated in systems and stablish contact with VM to update vendor information when needed.
• Ensure key purchasing policies are adhered to.
• Liaise with Procurement Operations to resolve issues, risks, and dependencies related to Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Vendor Communications, and/or Vendor Invoices
• Liaise with other buyers to share best practices, identify process opportunities, and share resources.
