Airbnb is seeking a Product Manager to own the LATAM regional payments portfolio end to end, serving as the product leader for one of Payments' high-impact areas. You will define the roadmap and drive delivery across engineering, design, and analytics to unlock growth and improve checkout.

The role focuses on ownership of Brazil, Mexico, and the broader region, optimizing checkout, expanding local payment methods, and leading regulatory workstreams with Legal, Tax, and Compliance to meet market

Formación

• 10+ years of product management experience building payments or financial products.
• Deep understanding of payments stack and money movement in marketplaces.
• Strong checkout and conversion instincts to reduce friction at purchase.
• Experience with authorization/settlement, processors/gateways, 3DS/SCA, tokenization, and reconciliation.
• Experience with local payment methods and affordability products (wallets, bank transfers, BNPL).
• Familiarity with LATAM payments ecosystem (Pix, SPEI, regional wallets) and local regulation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for regional payments across Brazil, Mexico, and the broader region.
• Optimize checkout and conversion — reduce friction at the moment of booking and improve regional funnels.
• Grow through local payment methods and affordability products to improve access and conversion.
• Drive the full product lifecycle with discovery, PRDs, launch, ramp, and iteration using experiments and A/B tests.
• Define requirements for processor and payment-method integrations with Partnerships and Engineering teams.
• Lead regulatory and compliance workstreams with Legal, Tax, and Finance to meet market requirements.
• Define and track KPIs across conversion, cost, reliability, and revenue.
