Swiss Re seeks a Marketing and Strategy Analyst in Mexico City to support the Latin America & Caribbean head and extended leadership with strategic and operational engagements across the organization.

The role offers exposure to senior leaders and direct involvement in strategic problem solving, performance monitoring, and client engagement through project ownership. Collaboration across functions and units will be essential for success.

Formación

• 2–3 years’ experience in relevant roles/industries.
• University degree with excellent academic record.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
• Strong cross-functional project management and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Market Unit head and leadership with projects delivering strategic objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, prepare briefing documents, coordinate meetings, manage partners.
• Coordinate client, industry and market requests and events.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis, coordinating with Finance and other functions/data providers.
• Support delivery of presentations and briefing materials for internal management meetings.
• Collaborate with other client teams and markets to share knowledge and best practices.
