The ideal candidate has 8+ years in insurance business development or strategy, with strong LATAM knowledge and bilingual Spanish/English skills.

Formación

• 8+ years of insurance business development, consulting or strategy experience.
• Deep knowledge of the LATAM and Mexican insurance market.
• Understanding of L&H and P&C needs.
• Experience developing commercial strategies.
• Data, analytics, or financial services experience preferred.
• Bilingual capability (Spanish/English).

Responsabilidades

• Develop market intelligence, competitive analysis, and industry insights.
• Identify opportunities for new products, enhancements, and use cases based on customer needs and market gaps.
• Create and maintain market development playbooks, industry use cases, value propositions, and best practices for Life, Health, and P&C insurers.
