Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Specialized Care Manager, LATAM to act as a strategic HR partner across Latin America, guiding employee and labor relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

The role involves supporting workforce planning, talent reviews, and change initiatives, while coaching leaders on performance and employee experience in multiple LATAM countries, including unionized environments. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Labor Relations, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee and labor relations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; strong knowledge of LATAM employment laws.

• Lead complex employee and labor relations matters across LATAM.
• Provide guidance on employment law, compliance, and risk management.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational changes.

The Specialized Care Manager, LATAM serves as a strategic HR partner supporting business leaders across Latin America in employee relations, labor relations, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This role provides expert guidance on complex employee and labor matters, drives workforce initiatives, supports organizational change, and helps mitigate business and people-related risks while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, or related field.

• Experience supporting multiple LATAM countries and unionized environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws across Latin America.
• Excellent consultative, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
