Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Growth Manager to drive scalable online revenue across LATAM markets, primarily Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia. You will lead conversion-focused growth initiatives across owned brand websites and marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Amazon).

You will orchestrate four pillars—Performance Media, Content/Creative Strategy, SEO, and CRM/Lifecycle Marketing—to maximize acquisition, retention, and total sales.

Formación

• 3+ years in Growth Marketing or e‑commerce management.
• Proven revenue growth across D2C and marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Walmart, Amazon).
• Hands-on with Meta/Google ads and marketplace media.
• Strong SEO and CRM/marketing automation experience.
• Analytical with data platforms (GA4, Looker, Tableau) and key metrics.
• English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies for LATAM markets (Mexico, Argentina, Colombia).
• Lead paid and marketplace campaigns, optimizing ROAS and GMV.
• Drive organic growth via full-funnel SEO for owned and marketplace PDPs.
• Manage agencies and marketing budgets; ensure ROI alignment.
• Build CRM funnels (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp) to boost retention and CLTV.
• Collaborate with Brand, UX/UI, and Editorial for high-converting assets.
• Work with BI to track KPIs and extract actionable insights.
