Flexport is opening its doors in Brazil and seeks an Account Manager to lead client growth in LATAM’s critical market. You’ll shape account plans, build regional playbooks, and collaborate with global teams to scale our presence with top brands across Air, Ocean, and Cross-border offerings.

You will partner with US, Europe, and APAC teams to open doors, grow share of wallet, and turn Flexport’s services into tangible value for clients navigating a complex logistics landscape.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree required.
• 3–5 years in Freight Forwarding, Saas Account Management or sales.
• Experience working across global team matrices to reach solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and launch solutions for large, complex global freight forwarding clients.
• Accelerate growth across the Flexport portfolio (Air, Ocean, Cross-border, Trade Advisory, Customs, Control Tower).
• Partner with global sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and grow share of wallet.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Fulfillment, Implementation, Legal to build client strategies.
• Drive sales in Brazil, demonstrate value via platform demos, and coordinate onboarding with cross-functional teams.
• Run business review meetings for key clients, review operational performance, and monitor NPS results.
• Oversee account-level quality: evaluate metrics, manage forecasts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Build alignment with executive-level contacts and maintain relationships with major brands.
• Stay current on industry trends to proactively educate and support clients through change.
