Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, seeks an LAR GSM FP&A Manager to oversee Latin America FP&A for selling functions. The role partners with LATAM leadership and regional directors to drive financial performance and decision support.

The hybrid role requires 5+ years in finance, strong FP&A and accounting knowledge, and fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative, global environment.

Formación

• Minimum of five years or more years of experience in finance and/or accounting with budgeting, management reporting and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles in a US GAAP environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP, Oracle Financial Management and HP.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide business decision support and oversight of FP&A processes, financial analysis, and internal controls related to orders, sales and spend management.
• Oversee monthly financial results, identify risks and opportunities, and advise leadership on actions to improve performance and cost management.
• Coordinate annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts with finance and business partners.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations to align the plan with the Sales Incentive Plan and report incentive adjustments.
