Flex in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking an Employer Brand Program Manager to lead LATAM employer branding initiatives, attract top talent, and cultivate a strong workplace culture. You will develop a regional strategy aligned with global brand initiatives and work with local marketing to harmonize messaging.

You will create engaging content across storytelling, social media, videos, and promotional materials; conduct market research; coordinate with HR and leadership; and organize recruitment

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, HR, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or communications.
• Ability to create engaging content across platforms; strong English writing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute LATAM employer branding strategy aligned with global initiatives.
• Create storytelling content, social posts, videos, and promos for LATAM.
• Collaborate with local marketing to ensure consistent messaging.
• Organize recruitment events, job fairs, networking sessions.
• Provide leadership with reports on branding effectiveness and improvements.
