• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead facility operations across assigned data center locations.
• Drive governance, asset management, and operational excellence.
• Oversee cost optimization, safety, compliance, and service quality.
• Represent Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) and Kyndryl at site and external communities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
