Edgewell Personal Care seeks a logistics coordinator to manage loading activities and ensure accurate shipping documentation from the distribution center to LATAM customers and subsidiaries.

The role focuses on coordinating daily loading tasks, generating invoices, packing lists, COO certificates, and other shipment paperwork while maintaining efficient, error-free processes.

Formación

• Experience in supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
• Proficient in Excel reporting.
• Inventory management knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Experience with shipment tracking and documentation.
• Ability to ensure on-time delivery.

Position Objectives

Ensure the correct and efficient flow of loading and outbound shipment of the final product from the distribution center to customers or LATAM subsidiaries

Job responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities regarding the loading of goods and the generation of shipping documents- such as invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin (COO), and any other documentation related to shipments to end customers in LATAM.
