Logitech in Mexico City is seeking a LATAM Customer Collaboration Manager to lead the Customer Collaboration organization across LATAM and partner with Commercial, Customer Supply Chain and key strategic customers.

The role drives performance metrics and oversees digital integration of Kinaxis, AI, and automation to deliver a scalable, customer-centric operating model. You will lead a high-performing regional team based in Mexico City.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in Customer Supply Chain, Customer Collaboration or Customer Operations.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Based in Mexico City.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the LATAM Customer Collaboration organization across LATAM.
• Develop partnerships with strategic customers and drive satisfaction.
• Own customer operational KPIs (OTIF, Fill Rate, SLA).
• Lead operational performance reviews with Commercial and strategic customers.
• Drive Kinaxis adoption, AI and automation initiatives.
