Amazon is seeking a Sr Capital Planning Manager to lead capital planning and governance for LATAM launches, retrofits, expansions, and initiatives. The role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements to optimize network capacity and investment returns.

You will interface with multiple teams and senior leadership to drive on-time, within-budget delivery and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Build the capital plan for LATAM, including cost estimating and benchmarking for new launches (MHE, real estate, construction).
• Lead / support on approvals for Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs) with multiple stakeholders.
• Provide governance oversight of capital invested to ensure adherence to scope and spending and analyze change orders and funding drivers.
