MonetizeMore seeks a Commissioned Sales Representative to drive LATAM publisher acquisition with a strong focus on lead generation and relationship building. Initially commission-only, the role offers uncapped earning potential and a path to a fixed salary plus commission based on performance.

The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with product and technical teams, and represent MonetizeMore at industry events and webinars while driving growth in the LATAM region.

Formación

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in ad-tech, digital advertising, or SaaS.
• Knowledge of header bidding and programmatic advertising.
• Fluent in English; LATAM language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and target LATAM publishers with high potential.
• Engage and nurture publisher relationships; present ad-tech solutions.
• Close deals and drive full sales cycle from outreach to contract.
• Collaborate with account management and technical teams for onboarding.
• Track pipeline and market insights using CRM analytics.
