The role requires strong judgment balancing customer experience with financial impact, and collaboration with senior leaders, technical teams, finance, and partners across Amazon.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering major products or services.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English (speak, write, read).

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Last Mile technology product roadmap for Latin America.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to launch new technology products.
• Launch and scale products meeting customer, merchant, and financial metrics.
• Leverage customer insights and market feedback to drive data-informed decisions.
• Demonstrate program and product expertise using company-wide assets and capabilities.
• Evaluate launch results and incorporate learnings into strategy and roadmap.
