PPG Industries Tepexpan is seeking a Laboratory Technician to analyze materials and products across production stages at our Tepexpan plant. You will follow specifications and test methods, perform sampling, and relay results to ensure smooth production.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Engineering, basic Excel skills, and English at an intermediate level. This is an onsite position at our plant with health and life insurance benefits.

• Office skills: Excel (records management).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze materials and products at different stages of the process according to specifications, test methods, and work instructions.
• Execute the sampling plan to ensure representativeness of samples from batches to be evaluated.
• Communicate analysis results to the different departments to ensure continuity of the production process.
• Perform tasks related to our work systems implemented within the department to ensure performance and compliance with established goals.
• Conduct in-line inspections in the packaging process.

You will work #LI-onsite reporting directly to our Head of Quality Control at our plant in Tepexpan

Key Responsibilities

• You will analyze materials and products at different stages of the process according to specifications, test methods, and work instructions established by our company.
• You will accomplish the sampling plan to ensure the representativeness of samples from the batches to be evaluated.
• You will communicate analysis results to the different departments to ensure continuity of the production process.
• You will perform tasks related to our work systems implemented within the department to ensure performance and compliance with established goals.
• You will conduct in-line inspections in the packaging process.
