Magna Powertrain in Ramos Arizipe, Mexico seeks an HR Generalist to support compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and staffing and recruitment. You will respond to employee inquiries and help resolve grievances while promoting a compliant, inclusive work environment.
