Bank of America in Mexico City is seeking a KYC/AML onboarding specialist for GCIB LatAm. You will own end-to-end onboarding, ensure timely collection of CDD and ECDD documentation, resolve blockers, and align with bankers, operations, risk and other internal partners to meet signing deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or related field.
• 4+ years in a client-facing role within financial services or related industry.
• Knowledge of AML CDD policy and standards.
• Strong client focus and ability to collaborate across lines of business.

Responsabilidades

• Lead KYC/AML client onboarding for GCIB LatAm across stakeholders.
• Ensure timely collection of CDD and ECDD documentation and resolve blockers.
• Meet signing deadlines and promote pragmatic KYC onboarding approaches.
• Drive ownership of client engagement and cross‑business collaboration to close gaps.
• Monitor compliance with policies, laws, and regulations in onboarding processes.
