Kennametal Inc. in Baja California, Mexico seeks a Key Account Specialist to manage direct customer contact, provide technical support, and drive machining process improvements. The role emphasizes growth opportunities and close collaboration with customers in a metalworking context.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of direct sales experience in metalworking, knowledge of machining processes, and at least intermediate English. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is required.

Formación

• Must reside in Baja California, preferably in Tijuana or Mexicali.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Two to four years of direct sales experience in the metalworking industry.
• Knowledge of machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• At least intermediate written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain direct contact with customers.

• Continuously follow up on improvements to machining processes.
• Identify market growth opportunities.
• Follow up on commercial proposals and participate directly in negotiations.
