SEGULA Technologies is seeking an Internal Logistics & Material Planning Engineer to manage raw material flow from supplier receiving to line-side delivery. You will design internal material handling strategies, oversee BOM accuracy, and forecast monthly consumption to optimize pallet space and Kanban replenishment across manufacturing lines.
The role emphasizes autonomous work, cross-functional coordination, and strong analytical skills to improve inventory efficiency and production readiness
Formación
- Advanced PFEP and Kanban knowledge with line-side feeding.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory control.
- Strong skills in warehouse layout design and space planning.
- Proficient in Excel data modeling and quantitative analysis.
Responsabilidades
- BOM verification and inventory intake checks.
- Forecast monthly consumption and plan pallet space.
- Develop PFEP and Kanban replenishment strategies for lines.
- Coordinate supplier-to-line material flow with production takt time.
- Design internal material handling and optimize inventory flow.
