Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Saltillo, Mexico is seeking an operations professional to oversee BOM verification, inventory intake, and floor inventories while aligning with warehouse capacity planning.

The role focuses on PFEP and Kanban implementation, space forecasting, and ensuring timely material flow to assembly lines, with strong emphasis on data analysis and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• BOM Verification & Inventory Intake: Execute systematic BOM checks against incoming raw material inbox notices and complete floor inventories.
• Warehouse Projection & Capacity Planning: Forecast monthly consumption rates and plan pallet space allocations for new warehouse setups.
• PFEP & Kanban: Establish comprehensive PFEP frameworks and implement line-side Kanban replenishment systems.
• Supplier-to-Line Synchronization: Ensure timely raw material flow to feed assembly lines running at 60-second takt time.
• Core technical & behavioral competencies: Advanced PFEP/Kanban architecture, ERP/MRP systems, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities & Scope

• BOM Verification & Inventory Intake: Execute systematic BOM checks against incoming raw material inbox

• Strong quantitative analysis skills (Excel/data modeling), high autonomy, and cross-functional coordination
