A global development company is seeking a Junior Test Engineer in Puebla, Mexico. The role involves executing manual test cases, documenting results, and logging defects. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or related fields and have at least 6 months of experience in the automotive industry. Proficiency in English is a must, and German A2 is a plus. This position offers a chance to grow within a familiar yet globally-oriented environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive engineering, Mechatronic engineering, Mechanical engineering or related.
• 6 months of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent English and desirable German A2 skills.

JUNIOR TEST ENGINEER

DESCRIPTION

• Execute manual test cases following established procedures.
• Document test results and evidence clearly and accurately.
• Log, describe, and track defects using test management tools.
• Review product requirements to understand validation criteria.
• Participate in team meetings to communicate progress, questions, and blockers.
• Create or update test cases when functionalities or requirements change.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive engineering, Mechatronic engineering, Mechanical engineering or related.
• 6 months of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent English.
• German A2 (desirable).
