Job summary

Doka Group in Mexico seeks a Junior Project Engineer to join the Engineering Center transformation. You will produce REVIT/AutoCAD drawings and material lists for Doka concrete forming equipment and support the sales team from project start to finish.

Reporting to the ECA Manager, you will design formwork solutions, run basic static calculations, prepare shop drawings, and coordinate timely delivery of drawings while ensuring material availability for the design phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil) or Architecture.
• 1–2 years of experience in formwork engineering and statics.
• Experience with REVIT and AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement formwork solutions based on project requirements.
• Design formwork solutions in REVIT/AutoCAD.
• Propose economical and technically sound solutions.
• Conduct basic static calculations.
• Produce material lists, drawings and shop drawings.

As a Junior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for producing REVIT / AutoCAD drawings and material lists that represent the proper use of Doka concrete forming equipment for customers. You will provide design and technical assistance to the sales department from the preliminary stage of a project to its completion.

You will report directly to the ECA Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement formwork solutions as per instructions from the TEAM LEADER – or the employee he assigns, based on project requirements.
• Design formwork solutions in REVIT / AutoCAD
• Propose the most economical and best technical solution
• Conduct basic static calculations
• Produce material list, offer drawings and shop drawings
• Coordinate the timely delivery of shop drawings as per instructions
• Procure availability of the material in the design stage

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Required level to execute the job at a productive level

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil) or Architecture

EXPERIENCE

• 1–2 years of experience in formwork engineering and statics

Preferred, but not mandatory
