Redial BPO in Zona Rio, Tijuana, Baja California seeks an IT Help Desk Tier 1 (Junior) to support internal users and assist with IT systems maintenance. This on-site role offers growth within the IT team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software, performing maintenance, installing operating systems, and supporting Office 365. Candidates with 1+ year IT support experience are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (completed or in progress).
• Minimum 1 year of IT support experience (verifiable).
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to end users via ticketing system, email, and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Support Office 365 and other company systems.
• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure including structured cabling and network components.
• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT team members on ongoing projects and tasks.
