Job summary

Kerry is seeking a GL Associate Accountant to support General Ledger activities and contribute to accurate month-end close. This role builds RtR process knowledge while maintaining internal controls and transactional accuracy.

You will post recurring journal entries, assist with reconciliations, audits, and financial analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-2 years of accounting experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post recurring journal entries.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform accounting data checks, validations, and account reviews.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Generate standard reports and assist with financial analysis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues
