Capgemini is seeking a data engineering/AI professional to develop and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and AI-ready datasets in cloud environments. You will build AI applications using Python, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and vector databases, collaborating with senior engineers and product teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.

• 2-4 years of experience in data engineering, AI, or related technical roles.
• Experience developing solutions using Python.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search solutions for retrieval and knowledge-grounded AI applications.
• Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
• Fluent English level.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and AI-ready datasets that support analytics and Generative AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Build, test, and enhance AI applications using Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and vector databases.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions that address business needs.
• Support the deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of cloud-based data and AI platforms, primarily on AWS.
• Continuously expand technical expertise in Generative AI, cloud services, and modern engineering practices while contributing to documentation, testing, and agile delivery processes.
