The Finance team at ZF Group in Querétaro is seeking a CAPEX & Fixed Assets Intern to support administrative management and digitalization of asset processes. You will work on creating an inter-departmental database and ensure accuracy of asset-related documentation.

This role is ideal for students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration, offering hands-on experience in a global company and participation in digital transformation projects.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree related to finance.
• Familiarity with Excel for administrative tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational capabilities.

The Finance team at ZF plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the plant. Within the CAPEX and Fixed Assets area, the team focuses on managing investments, tracking assets, and supporting cross‑functional collaboration with Operations and Commerce. This position contributes to ongoing digitalization initiatives, improving asset management processes and data transparency. You will collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure data integrity and process alignment.

• Support the administrative management of CAPEX and fixed assets processes.
• Assist in the digitalization of fixed asset tracking and documentation.
• Contribute to the creation of an inter‑departmental database for asset monitoring.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain updated asset information.
