Sourceability is a global digital distributor of electronic components. We are hiring a Junior Excess Buyer to join the Purchasing Excess Team for the Americas, working hybrid from Guadalajara, Mexico. You will help bring excess inventory opportunities to the global sales team.

This role involves sourcing excess, outbound outreach to suppliers, and analyzing inventory for pricing and demand. You will support senior buyers and collaborate with the sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, purchasing, supply chain, or a similar role.
• Strong interest in semiconductors and electronics.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong work ethic and persistence, comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing excess and E&O inventory from OEMs and EMS providers.
• Conduct outbound outreach to potential suppliers to request and follow up on excess inventory lists.
• Assist in analyzing inventory lists for pricing, demand, and market potential.
• Maintain daily follow-up with suppliers to keep opportunities moving forward.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to help match inventory with customer demand.
• Ensure proper documentation and system updates, including notes and opportunity tracking.
• Help build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
• Support senior buyers with ongoing projects, negotiations, and pipeline development.
