Amazon Mexico is seeking a Delivery Shift Manager Jr to lead a +20 hourly team at a delivery station, overseeing safety, payroll, shifts, vacations and KPI performance while supporting purchasing tools and consumables. The role also partners with other teams to launch new stations and delivery models, focusing on cost control and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to work a rotating, flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• 40 hours per week with overtime as required.

Responsabilidades

• Create balance between “Work hard” and “Have fun” with associates under scope.
• Ensure the team execution to accomplish the business goals.
• Support process improvement activities for inefficiencies and new functions.
• Follow KPIs of operations within the delivery station.
• Dive deep analysis of KPIs and support quality initiatives.
