Job summary

Spin is seeking a junior Business Analyst to help with data collection, analysis, and reporting while documenting requirements and user stories. You will work with stakeholders across teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable specifications.

You will perform basic data analysis, create reports, and assist in evaluating potential solutions. This role provides hands-on learning in analytics, SDLC concepts, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in business analysis or related fields.
• Familiarity with business analysis concepts and techniques.
• Understanding of SDLC, databases, and system architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to document requirements and user stories clearly.
• Experience with Excel, Visio, Jira or Confluence is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and insights for decisions.
• Document business requirements, user stories, and functional specs clearly.
• Map current and future business processes, proposing improvements.
• Communicate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and feedback.
• Support evaluation of potential solutions to meet requirements.
• Assist in test case prep, UAT, and defect tracking to ensure quality.
• Support project managers and analysts in planning and coordination.
