Placements24 is seeking a Junior Brand Manager in Aguascalientes for an entry-level role in the FMCG sector. You will work with senior brand managers to support brand strategies, campaigns, and product initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for consumer brands, strong communication, and a proactive attitude who want to contribute ideas and grow within the team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Spanish; English is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in development and execution of brand plans and marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to gather consumer insights and identify trends.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and contribute to reporting efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and agencies.
• Manage day-to-day brand activities and ensure timely execution of projects.
• Assist in budget tracking and management for brand initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
