Placements24 is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for Monterrey, Nuevo León, to lead brand strategy in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. The role requires a strategic thinker with a track record in launching and nurturing brands, deep consumer insight, and market trend awareness.

You will shape iconic brands, guide cross-functional teams, manage brand P&L, and develop integrated campaigns across digital, traditional media, and point-of-sale.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive brand management experience in FMCG.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Spanish; good command of English.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with objectives.
• Oversee brand lifecycle from ideation to ongoing optimization.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify insights.
• Manage P&L and budget allocation for marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and R&D.
• Lead and mentor a team of brand associates.
• Develop integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, and POS.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
