EDAG Engineering GmbH is seeking a Junior Assembly Planner in Mexico to support the complete planning and implementation of complex production equipment and assembly systems. The role focuses on assembly and process planning, with emphasis on ergonomics and Kanban methods.

You will contribute to RFQ development, equipment selection, and project management while collaborating in workshops and ramp-up activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience
• Experience at an OEM
• Experience in assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance
• Knowledge of ergonomics and automotive Ergonomics Standards is an advantage
• Knowledge in Kanban Systematic
• CATIA
• Willingness to travel
• German A2 is a plus
• 6 month contract

Responsabilidades

• Escort complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment and assembly systems
• Analyze, conceive and implement assembly structures and processes
• Identify cost and F-time reduction potentials and ensure processes
• Develop assembly and test processes and perform FMEAs
• Develop technical RFQs for equipment and assembly tools
• Select, design and source equipment; manage projects (control, dates, defects)
• Participate in workshops, 3P processes and ramp-up workshops
