Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (completed).
• 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred, ideally in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn healthcare industry regulations and financial workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Record and classify financial transactions related to healthcare operations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Support processing of payments to vendors, investors, and third parties.
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and subledgers.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Track and reconcile funding, payoffs, and servicing entries.
• Collaborate with departments for financial data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and classify financial transactions related to healthcare operations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Support the processing of payments to vendors, investors, and third parties
• Help maintain accurate general ledger accounts and subledgers
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Track and reconcile funding, payoffs, and servicing entries
• Collaborate with the different departments for financial data accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (completed)
